Knitted Folk

Knitted Folk are a neutral toned knitted wall art I have been working on. Each piece has been hand knitted on my recent trip to Dorset. Rya knots have been added to create a fringe, and these have been assembled to a piece of naturally sourced driftwood. Each one has a quirky detail of a feather, bead, Airdry clay charm, or embroidered flower each also includes a wrapped crystal. The crystals used in these are to bring good energy to the owner, and consist of a mixture of Rainbow fluorite, tourmaline, Jasper and rose Quartz. 
This particular one has a black feather and an African Bloodstone. This powerful healing stone has been revered throughout history for its protective qualities and ability to enhance physical vitality and emotional strength.
